From the time of booking my services, you can text or email me with any questions you may have. Instead of scouring the internet, let me help you with my expertise.

Being on call from week 38 means if you have any birth signs and going into labor - I will drop what I’m doing to come assist you in your labor.

Labor support is for both at home or hospital once you decide you want me around, typically before calling midwife or to meet up at hospital. Continuous support until baby is delivered and I stay up to 2 hrs after delivery.

A postpartum visit often includes:
- Birth Debrief
- Emotional Support
- Feeding Support
- Newborn Care Tips & Help
- Physical Recovery Support
- Partner & Family Check-In
- Resource Referrals
- Practical Help in the home

Midwives are trained medical professionals who provide medical care during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, while doulas are support professionals who offer emotional and physical support throughout the birthing process. You’d be surprised how helpful we can be!
